Please read these terms carefully before using the 365jlpg platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. These terms apply to all players in the Philippines.
Platform Rules & User Agreement
1. Eligibility
To register and use 365jlpg, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. 365jlpg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Account Responsibility
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 365jlpg platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. 365jlpg will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account for any purpose.
3. Deposits and Transactions
All deposits on 365jlpg are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through supported local payment methods including GCash and Maya. You must only usepayment methods that are registered in your own name. 365jlpg does not accept deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties, and any such transactions may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. All transactions are subject to standard processing times, and 365jlpg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Platform Use and Fair Play
The 365jlpg platform is intended solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Players must not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, or manipulation of platform features. 365jlpg reserves the right to void any activity that is determined to have been conducted in bad faith or in violation of fair play standards. All game outcomes on the platform are governed by the rules of the respective game type, and players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with those rules before participating. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised through the official support channel within seven days of the relevant activity.
5. Responsible Gaming
365jlpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. We encourage every player to set personal limits on their activity and to treat the platform as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365jlpg platform: using the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform; uploading or transmitting malicious code or harmful content; impersonating another player or 365jlpg staff; and engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform. Players found to be in violation of these prohibitions will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. 365jlpg reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities in the Philippines. Any balances held in accounts closed due to prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
7. Changes to These Terms
365jlpg may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the 365jlpg platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 365jlpg with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
